Shampoo

Wet the coat thoroughly with warm water.
Massage a generous amount from neck to tail, working into a lather.
Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Towel dry or blow dry on low heat.
Use every 1 to 2 weeks, or as needed. Keep away from eyes and inner ears.

Balm

Warm a small amount between your fingertips.
Smooth onto clean, dry paw pads and the nose.
Best after walks, salt and snow, or before bed.
Let it absorb. Do not rinse. Distract your pet for a few minutes so it soaks in rather than being licked off.

For external use on animals only. Patch test before first use. Avoid the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with water. Stop using and talk to your vet if redness or irritation appears. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
